Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: 201 Triple Diamond Blvd, No. Venice, FL
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Position Summary: This position has the responsibility to develop and execute sales strategy and programs within the key accounts team. The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to cultivate existing accounts as well as develop new business through a pro-active, determined approach to prospecting.
Job Duties:
- Participate in the development, presentation and review of annual business plans for key customers.
- Create merchandise plans for Key Accounts • Cultivate and grow quality relationships at the corporate management level between the retailer and Tervis Tumbler to ensure maximum cooperation
- Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts or channels.
- Prospect potential sales target relationships through cold calls and relationship development.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues. • Build and execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, analyze sales and sales programs • Develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Work with Management to gain key market and customer insights.
- Acquire new customer information and advise new business representatives.
- Travel required-industry trade shows and customer meetings
- Other Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years of successful and progressive selling experience.

Proven Key Accounts experience (Corporate retail) preferred

Solid leadership experience, with demonstrated success managing, cultivating and developing relationships.

Strategic approach to prospecting, with the ability to identify, navigate, qualify and close new business.

Outstanding communication, presentation and listening skills; as well as the ability to act with Diplomacy.

A pro-active, goal-oriented and self-directed approach to the day-to-day.
