Q: How are Tervis Tumblers different from other insulated drinkware?

A: Our tumblers' unique, double-wall construction, combined with Tervis' high-tech ultrasonic sealing process, creates drinkware that keeps cold drinks colder and hot drinks hotter for longer. Additionally, condensation is virtually eliminated, so there are no rings left on furniture. Tervis tumblers are safe in the dishwasher and microwave, and have been built to last a lifetime since 1946.

Q: What is the artwork inside the tumbler made of?

A: The majority of our emblems are embroidered emblems that are custom-made to include up to seven colors. We can also produce artwork as custom vinyl graphics or custom wraps.

Q: How long does it take to produce a custom order?

A: The time to produce custom orders is based on the insert-type. Approximate turn-around time is 5-6 weeks depending on your requested decoration method.

Q: What's the preferred method of receiving artwork from customers?

A: Vector art is preferred; it provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of detail. All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves, or paths. Please supply PMS/Pantone color numbers if available. Adobe Illustrator through CS5 (AI/EPS). GIF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP (300dpi or higher). CorelDraw (300dpi or higher). Tajima files with DST & EMB extension (full embroidery only).

Q: Will I see a proof of my artwork before my order is produced?

A: Yes. Our art department will email you a digital proof of your emblem or graphic within approximately five working days after Tervis receives your artwork. Tervis requires your written approval before we can proceed with your order production.

Q: Can I get a tumbler sample with my emblem or graphic?

A: Samples are available for a minimum charge. Please call 1-888-508-8859 for details.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: Customization minimums for all inserts are 100 pieces.

Q: What payment terms does Tervis accept?

A: Tervis Tumbler invites customers to fill out a credit application to set up payment terms. Large orders may require a 50 percent deposit. We also accept payment via check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover without valid credit application. Prepayment of order is required prior to shipment if credit terms are not approved.
