Getting Started

Now that you’ve decided on the ideal Tervis Tumbler size for your logo specifications, you have a few options. You can review our Corporate Price List based on quantities, sizes, and packaging options. If your artwork is available, you can attach it to your Request a Quote email. A sales representative will review your submission and respond directly with a quote via email or phone within two business days.

Creating Your Custom Order

1. Send Your Artwork and P.O.
Vector art is preferred; it provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of detail. All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves, or paths. Please supply PMS/Pantone color numbers if available.

  • Adobe Illustrator through CS5 (AI/EPS)
  • GIF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP (300dpi or higher)
  • CorelDraw (300 dpi or higher)
  • Tajima files with DST & EMB extension (full embroidery only)

2. Review and Approve Your Proof
Within five business days, Tervis will email you an electronic proof for your approval.

3. Tervis Creates Your Inserts
Once you send written approval of your proof, Tervis will create your custom decoration.

4. Tervis Builds and Ships Your Tumblers
Within 15 business days of creating your custom decorations, Tervis will produce your tumblers and ship them to you.
