Placing an Order Online or by Phone
For registered users:
Log in to your account, click on your populated Shopping Bag and “Proceed to Checkout.” Your shipping and payment address will appear. Edit if necessary. Enter your payment card information, security code and expiration date. Then click on “Continue.” On the next page, agree to terms and click on “Place my Order.”
For non-registered users:
When you’re ready to place your order, from your populated shopping bag, click on “Proceed to checkout.” You will be prompted to enter your shipping information. Fill out the corresponding fields with your order’s desired destination address. Choose a shipping method and click “continue.” On the next page you will be prompted to enter your billing address and payment information. Fill out all required fields, agree to terms and click on “Place Order.”
Billing and Shipping
On the Shipping and Billing pages, follow the prompts to add all required information.
On the Shipping page, you will be prompted to enter the order’s destination address, choose a shipping method and have an option to include a gift message or order a gift box. Follow the instructions and upon completion click on “Continue.”
On the Billing page, you will be prompted to enter the billing address and payment card information. The billing address needs to be the same address associated with the payment card. Enter the information as required.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the entry field below the payment card information and click on “Apply.”
On the Shipping Information page, you are presented with three shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) and corresponding costs. Select the method that best fits your delivery needs.
On the Billing page, you will be prompted to enter your payment card information. Fill out the corresponding fields with name on card, card number, and security code and expiration date. Be sure to agree to terms, and then proceed.
Once you have placed your order, check your email for order confirmations. After your order has shipped, we will send you another email that contains an order tracking number and estimated arrival date.
