Order Status & Tracking

How can I find out the status of or track my online order?

There are several ways to check the status of online orders:

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a link to track your package. Click on that link to receive the estimated delivery date.
  • Log in to your Tervis account to see your most recent orders. Click on an order to access its tracking code.
  • Visit the Order Status page to look up your order by email address, order number and billing zip code.
  • Contact Tervis Customer Care at (866) 886-2537 or customercare@tervis.com to receive an estimated delivery date.
