I understand that personalized products are non-refundable. The Personalization I entered is correct and does not contain any restricted text (see restricted personalized content). Additionally, I understand when personalizing branded NFL/MLB/NBA/NHL drinkware the use of players' names cannot be approved and collegiate products cannot feature any last name.
