A message from our President

As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus, our employees and communities remain on the forefront of our minds. Effective Friday, April 3rd, Florida governor Ron DeSantis announced an Executive Safer At Home Order for our state. After reviewing, we will be keeping our HQ and retail locations closed at this time. This will also have an impact on our manufacturing operations.

I’m extremely proud to announce that during this time our full-time employees will receive 100% of their pay and health benefits (office, production and retail).

Tervis.com remains open accepting orders and our customer care team is still here to support you.

How is this impacting Tervis stores?

Due to concerns with COVID-19 and the health and safety of our employees, we have temporarily closed all Tervis stores effective March 20th through the end of April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please continue to check back as developments continue.

How is this impacting online orders?

Tervis.com is still open and accepting orders however our manufacturing facilities have been impacted. We will work hard to fulfill orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

During this time, please know that Tervis remains here to support you and our Customer Care team has transitioned to be home-based. As we make the necessary adjustments to our team in order to serve you best, you may experience delays in our responsiveness.
