We are committed to delivering the highest quality, most durable and safest tumblers, mugs, water bottles, wine glasses and sippy cups in the world. To that end, we subject our drinkware to extensive testing by independent testing facilities to ensure that our product exceeds the strictest safety requirements of the FDA. In 2009, we began the process of converting our tumblers, mugs and water bottles to a new generation polymer. This conversion enables us to eliminate a step in the manufacturing process while upholding our quality standards. Furthermore, the new polymer contains no Bisphenol A. As of January 2011, we completed the transition of our entire line of Tervis tumblers, mugs, water bottles, wine glasses and sippy cups to this new generation polymer. We will continue to search for new ways to enhance our offering and will strive to maintain our level of excellence.

Online Checkout
For registered users:

Log in to your account, click on your populated Shopping Bag and “Proceed to Checkout.” Your shipping and payment address will appear. Edit if necessary. Enter your payment card information, security code and expiration date. Then click on “Continue.” On the next page, agree to terms and click on “Place my Order.”

For non-registered users:

When you’re ready to place your order, from your populated shopping bag, click on “Proceed to checkout.” You will be prompted to enter your shipping information. Fill out the corresponding fields with your order’s desired destination address. Choose a shipping method and click “continue.” On the next page you will be prompted to enter your billing address and payment information. Fill out all required fields, agree to terms and click on “Place Order.”

Billing and Shipping

On the Shipping and Billing pages, follow the prompts to add all required information.

On the Shipping page, you will be prompted to enter the order’s destination address, choose a shipping method and have an option to include a gift message or order a gift box. Follow the instructions and upon completion click on “Continue.”

On the Billing page, you will be prompted to enter the billing address and payment card information. The billing address needs to be the same address associated with the payment card. Enter the information as required.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the entry field below the payment card information and click on “Apply.”

Shipping Options

On the Shipping Information page, you are presented with three shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) and corresponding costs. Select the method that best fits your delivery needs.

Payment Information

On the Billing page, you will be prompted to enter your payment card information. Fill out the corresponding fields with name on card, card number, and security code and expiration date. Be sure to agree to terms, and then proceed.

Order Summary

Once you have placed your order, check your email for order confirmations. After your order has shipped, we will send you another email that contains an order tracking number and estimated arrival date.

Once you have the perfect gift, you can send it directly to that lucky someone. Just select “Yes” at the Gift Options section during checkout. You can also include a personal message (up to 250 characters) at no additional charge. You can also choose to have the gift sent in a colorful gift box for just $5 more. During checkout, enter their address in the “Ship to” fields. The shipment will include a packing slip and an exclusive drink recipe. The invoice will be sent to you.

Step 1 - Choose items to be inserted

Choose a favorite photo, personal note or emblem to be inserted in the tumbler. Tervis will need one copy for each tumbler purchased. The actual item(s) will be inserted into the tumblers. Inserts must not exceed the thickness of a nickel (.02 cm or 1/16"). Tervis does not accept copyrighted images. Contact Customer Care at 1-866-TUMBLER (886-2537) for complete details.

Step 2 - Review size chart

Refer to the tumbler insert sizing chart below for recommended sizes that can be inserted into the tumblers. If necessary, please trim the image(s) down to be no more than the sizes listed. *Additional fees may apply based on supplied items’ suitability for insertion.

Please allow up to 10-15 business days (from Tervis’ receipt of your order) for your order to be processed and shipped from our facilities.

Our goal is to build and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because all orders are processed immediately, no changes can be made after you have placed your order. If you would like to add to your order, we invite you to place another one on tervis.com.

Creating and managing an account on tervis.com is easy. Click on the button below or wait until the checkout process. When ready to register, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address (this will serve as your tervis.com user name)
  • A password
  • Birth month and day are optional (if you like surprises on your birthday, and who doesn’t, we strongly suggest filling out these fields as well)

Once you have an account and are logged in, you can enter and edit shipping and billing addresses at any time. You also have the ability to keep multiple addresses on file.

Create Account

There are several ways to check the status of online orders:

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a link to track your package. Click on that link to receive the estimated delivery date.
  • Click the button below to look up your order by email address, order number and billing zip code.
  • Log in to your Tervis account to see your most recent orders. Click on an order to access its tracking code.
  • Contact Tervis Customer Care at (866) 886-2537 or customercare@tervis.com to receive an estimated delivery date.
