Stainless Steel Limited Guarantee

Tervis Traveler® and Tervis Venture® stainless steel products (stainless steel drinkware with the "TERVIS" logo in all caps) will be replaced if Tervis confirms a lack of thermal performance up to Tervis standards, or if the DuraPrint® technology fails to provide protection against chipping, peeling, or fading with normal use and proper care. This guarantee shall apply for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture.

Pack your item(s) with the printed form in a box or padded envelope and mail it in. Detailed instructions will print with the completed form.

The following products are covered as part of the Stainless Steel Limited Guarantee. All products will have a quiet, nonslip base, marked “dishwasher safe” and with the “TERVIS” logo in all caps.

*If your product is not on this list, it is not covered by our guarantee and will be recycled.

What's Covered

Decoration Performance

DuraPrint™ technology fails to provide protection against chipping, peeling, or fading with normal use and proper care.

Thermal Performance

Stainless steel products are eligible for replacement if we confirm a lack of thermal performance.

What's Not Covered

Wear and Tear

Stainless steel items damaged due to improper care or abuse, such as chipping or scratching resulting from dropping and denting the product, will not be replaced.

Discontinued, Close-Out Sale, and Limited Edition Products

e.g., Bowls, AR

Accessories

e.g., Lids, Handles and Straws

Intent to Resell, Warranty Abuse/Excessive Returns

Tervis Guarantees apply to products used for personal use only. Commercial use or pre-owned drinkware intended for resale falls outside of our Guarantees and will not be replaced. Products determined to be purchased on the secondary market (e.g., from a yard sale) will not be replaced. Tervis reserves the right to limit or refuse replacement based on customer return history.

Intentional Damage

Products determined to have been intentionally damaged will not be replaced.

Other Considerations

Tervis reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the replacement of products based on but not limited to the above conditions.

Product replacement is at the sole discretion of Tervis; Tumbler must be physically inspected by Tervis prior to replacement.
