Tervis Traveler® Stainless Steel Drinkware Use & Care
What is DuraPrint®?
DuraPrint is our trademarked technology which protects the integrity of printed designs on Tervis Traveler stainless steel tumblers. It makes products dishwasher safe and resistant to chipping and peeling, and provides true, lasting colors for our unique designs.
Cleaning
Wash any new Tervis product before using it for the first time. Do not soak your stainless steel product. Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pads when cleaning, as they could scratch the steel and Tervis design.
Dishwasher Safe
Go ahead, put these stainless steel products in the dishwasher. Just keep them away from the microwave, stove or freezer, for your safety and because extreme temperatures could disable the insulation properties.
Rust
Our stainless steel is 18/8 grade and rarely rusts. But if you notice an issue, use baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) or a stainless steel cleaner (e.g. Bar Keepers Friend) to clean and protect the affected areas.
Microwave
Do not microwave stainless steel products.
It is a safety hazard to place metal in a microwave. Never put your stainless steel product in a microwave.
