NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. The Tervis Champions Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on March 7, 2020 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and end on March 7, 2020 at 04:00 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to ET.

ODDS: There will be only one Grand Prize (defined below) offered in this Sweepstakes and only one valid entry from an eligible entrant will be chosen as the winner ("Winner"). The Winner need not be present to receive the Grand Prize, but must provide an e-mail, street address and telephone number to ensure delivery of the Grand Prize. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of entries received. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to permanent, legal residents of the United States, its territories and  possessions (collectively "U.S.")  who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period and who are not otherwise ineligible according to these Official Rules ("Eligible Person"). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Tervis Tumbler Company ("Sponsor"), the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all grand other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win the Prize.  The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.  By entering this Sweepstakes, you warrant and represent that you are at age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence; that you are not ineligible per the foregoing restrictions; that you legally reside and physically live in the United States; that your entry is being submitted as your own property or pursuant to lawful consent. If there is a dispute as to who owns a winning entry, the presumed winner will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the entry.

TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following two (2) ways: by submitting an entry form in-person at the Tervis Store described below or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. To enter in-person, eligible persons must fill out an entry form providing a your full name, valid email address, street address and phone number at the Tervis Store located at Coconut Pointe Mall, Estero, Florida. To enter via postal mail, hand-print your full name, valid email address, street address, city, and phone number (including area code); the name of the Sweepstakes ("Tervis Champions Sweepstakes") and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules" on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: 201 Triple Diamond Boulevard, N. Venice FL 34275 ATTENTION:TERVIS CHAMPIONS SWEEPSTAKES  .  Sponsor will use email addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 7, 2020 and received by Sponsor by March 14, 2020 to be eligible.  Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned

LIMITATIONS: All submitted entries become the property of Tervis

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing on or about March 17, 2020 from among all eligible entries received.  Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE: The winner will receive four (4) tickets for winner and three (3) guests to attend a 2020 regular season Major League Baseball game at the Club ballpark closest to the address the winner has written on their entry form (the "Grand Prize"), as determined by Sponsor.
(Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $ 500.) Exact game date and seat locations to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.  Seat locations at the game and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change.  The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.  Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize.  Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition.  Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.  Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).

USE OF EMAIL ADDRESS: By submitting your email address, you acknowledge and affirm that you are granting Sponsor the right to send you marketing or promotional email messages to inform you of new services and/or product announcements, and to otherwise correspond with you via email. In each email message we send, we will always provide you with the ability to unsubscribe, or otherwise opt-out, of these communications. DISCLAIMERS: By participating in Sweepstakes, you agree that Tervis, including but not limited to its officers, directors, agents, employees or agencies, and the MLB Entities (collectively the "Released Parties"), are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any act, failure to act, delay, or error relating to the transmitting or processing of entries; (ii) telecommunications network, phone system, computer system, hardware, or software malfunctions, failure, disconnection, data loss, or other difficulties of any kind, including any injury or damage to a your entry resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; (iii) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by your own printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with Sweepstakes; (iv) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in Sweepstakes or from participation in Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Sweepstakes. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this promotion without notice if causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, or operation of Sweepstakes.

HOLD HARMLESS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, or losses of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity and privacy.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: If you are a winner Sponsor will mail the prize to the address you provided on your entry form within 21 business days after the date of the Sweepstakes drawing.

WINNER'S LIST: The verified winner's name will be available for sixty (60) days after conclusion of the Sweepstakes at tervis.com or any Tervis store location. Alternatively, you may also send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (except where prohibited) within six (6) months of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period end to Tervis Tumbler Company, ATTN: Web Team, 201 Triple Diamond Blvd., North Venice, FL 34275.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize you may win, you agree that Sponsor's decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes; Sponsor and the MLB Entities may use your name and state of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Sweepstakes, without payment, notice or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law; and this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Florida courts (state and federal) for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes. You further understand that if someone cheats, or a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and /or integrity of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Sweepstakes. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from among all eligible entries received before the cancellation, change or suspension of the Sweepstakes. You acknowledge that computer "hacking" is a crime and that if you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in any way,

Sponsor and the MLB Entities may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
