Terms and Conditions

Tervis will replace all Classic products (excluding lids and other accessories) which Tervis confirms by visual inspection to have defects in material or workmanship. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching, staining), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced.

The process for replacing your Tervis products is easy! Just follow the simple instructions below:

Step 1: Fill out returns form and submit to Tervis.

Step 2: Pack your drinkware (tumbler, mug, water bottle) and replacement request form in a box or padded manila envelope addressed to:

Returns are only accepted at this address by mail. The North Port facility cannot accept in-person returns. You may make in-person returns to a Tervis retail store.

Step 3: Once items have been received and verified as defective, your new drinkware will be shipped back to you. If we are unable to reuse the decoration in your drinkware, we will send a clear tumbler for the replacement. Stainless steel will be replaced with the same product. We are unable to reuse the following: Decorations that are wet, discolored or stained designs, fishing flies, glitter, confetti or any decoration that does not pass quality inspection.

*Accessories including but not limited to lids, straws & handles are not guaranteed for life.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Mail-in returns should be processed within 30 days of receipt.

If your order originally received free shipping because it met the offer requirements, but will no longer meet the requirements after we receive the returned item(s), Tervis will refund the sale price of the returned item, minus the cost of the shipping charge valued at the new order sub-total.
