Replacement Policy
Tervis Tumblers are made for life*. Should your Tervis Tumbler become defective, simply send it to Tervis for free replacement, even if it has been over 40 years since you purchased it! No proof of purchase required – If it says Tervis on the bottom, that’s proof enough for us! See below for instructions on how to replace your Tervis Tumblers.
Step 1: Print and fill out a replacement request form. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required to view PDF file. A free download is available at Adobe.com).

Step 2: Pack your tumbler(s) and replacement request form in a box or padded manilla envelope addressed to:

Step 3: Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your new tumblers to arrive.
*Lids & straws are not guaranteed for life. Ice Buckets have a limited manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Mail-in returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
If your order originally received free shipping because it met the
offer requirements, but will no longer meet the requirements after we
receive the returned item(s), Tervis will refund the sale price of the
returned item, minus the cost of the shipping charge valued at the new
order sub-total.
Please Note: Personalized tumblers & ice buckets are non-refundable. |
