Replacement Policy
Tervis Tumblers are made for life*. Should your Tervis Tumbler become defective in any way, simply send it to Tervis for immediate and free replacement, even if it has been over 40 years since you purchased it! No proof of purchase required – If it says Tervis on the bottom, that’s proof enough for us! See below for instructions on how to replace your Tervis Tumblers.

Be sure to include a note containing your return-to shipping address. Also, if your tumblers had a personal insert or a design that we no longer carry, please let us know if you would like us to use that same design in the new tumblers. We will do our best to ensure the quality of the emblem, however, if we determine the emblem is not usable, we will replace it with a similar design or in some cases, a clear tumbler.
Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your new tumblers to arrive.
*Lids & straws are not guaranteed for life. Ice Buckets have a limited manufacturer's warranty.

Return Policy
You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Mail-in returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
