Guarantee Replacement Policy
Tervis will replace all products (except accessories*) that we confirm by visual inspection to have defects in material or workmanship. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. Visit our Use & Care page for general tips or view examples of defects below:
Drinkware in two pieces, moisture between the walls.
Visual cracking around opening or on bottom of drinkware.
Sunscreen, tea, citrus or other element has caused a discoloration or stain on the drinkware and can not be removed.
Decoration has become detached.
Drinkware walls are raised or distorted.
How to request a Tervis product replacement
Step 1: Fill out the guarantee replacement form by clicking the link below. You may also visit one of five Tervis stores and a store associate will gladly help you find a replacement.

Step 2: Pack your drinkware (tumbler, water bottle, mug, My First Tervis™ sippy cup, wine glass, goblet, collectible, ice bucket) and guarantee replacement form in a box or padded manila envelope addressed to:

Step 3: Allow approximately 4-6 weeks for your new items to arrive.
* Please note that accessories including lids (except water bottle lids, My First Tervis™ sippy cup and ice bucket lids), straws and handles (except ice bucket) are not guaranteed for life.
