Terms and Conditions of Gift Card

Use of Tervis Gift Card ("Gift Card") is prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any term or condition deemed unenforceable shall be severable and the remaining terms and conditions enforced.
The term "Gift Card" applies to both physical gift cards and electronic gift cards "e-gift cards" delivered via email.
Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded via gift card.
Valid toward purchases of Products in the U.S. at Tervis stores or Tervis.com. Use of Gift Card through Tervis.com requires prior acceptance of Tervis.com usage terms (https://www.tervis.com/terms.html).
Use of Gift Card is limited to one per transaction on Tervis.com, however a single gift card may be used over several transactions.
Tervis gift cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity fees. Gift Card is valid until redeemed.
Tervis Gift Cards are not for resale.
Gift Card not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Lost or stolen Gift Card may only be replaced, up to the value remaining at the time the Gift Card is reported lost or stolen, with satisfactory proof of purchase and complete gift card number or as required by law. Contact 866.886.2537 to report a lost or stolen Gift Card or to check Gift Card balance.
Tervis reserves the right to change Gift Card terms and conditions upon notice at https://www.tervis.com/giftcard or 866.886.2537. Please check these sources for updates.

Florida law shall govern the purchase or use of Gift Card, without regard to principles of conflicts of law and as if the purchase or use of Gift Card were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the United States, in the State of Florida.
Gift Card may not be used with certain promotional offers.
Gift Card is not a credit or debit card and carries no implied warranties.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
