Replacement Policy

Until further notice, we ask that you allow 8-10 weeks for all replacements. We apologize for the delay as we undergo a new business system upgrade.

Tervis will replace all products (except accessories), which Tervis confirms by visual inspection to have defects in material or workmanship.  Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced.

The process for replacing your Tervis products is easy! Just follow the simple instructions below:

Step 1: Fill out replacement form by clicking the link below. If you've completed the information and selected "printable form" but the form won't print for any reason, please wait 24 hours for an email confirmation with a return number. This email can be printed and included in your package.

Step 2: Pack your drinkware (tumbler, mug, water bottle) and replacement request form in a box or padded manilla envelope addressed to:

Step 3: Allow approximately 8-10 weeks for your new items to arrive.

*Accessories including lids, straws & handles are not guaranteed for life. Ice Buckets have a limited manufacturer's warranty.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Mail-in returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

If your order originally received free shipping because it met the offer requirements, but will no longer meet the requirements after we receive the returned item(s), Tervis will refund the sale price of the returned item, minus the cost of the shipping charge valued at the new order sub-total.
